Merry Christmas, Everyone!
What a great day for a parade! Beautiful sunshine and a Christmas time chill in
the air! With nearly 40 entries, the Annual Nowata Christmas Parade held on
Saturday, December 4th, was a great success!
Congratulations to the 2010 Nowata Christmas Parade Winners who are:

What a light show! All fifteen floats!
And of course, Santa, in his new sleigh designed by Shannon Hill and Will
Miller!
And very special "Thank You"s to:
Arvest and Regent Banks for cash awards for Youth, Churches and Marching
winners.
Woody
Walker for great parade commentary!
Paul Craun for providing sound for Woody and beautiful Christmas music for all
before and after the parade.
Shannon Hill, Will Miller, Justin Hayworth and Doug Parkman for setting up and
taking down the announcer stage and barricades up and down the streets.
And a big "Thank You" to everyone who attended!
